Girls Rec

Girls Rec has 2 divisions

• Feeder Teams
  • Players in 3rd-8th grade
  • Girls play for the feeder program of the high school they will eventually "feed" into
    • Each feeder is run by a coach in the system
  • Teams practice 1-2x a week at your local schools
  • Teams play in our 6 power league weekends at MFH from January-March
  • If your school system does not have its own feeder, we have 3 OPEN feeders for any player from any school
    • Independent Feeder
      • practice out of the Mishawaka Fieldhouse
      • teams are made from girls from Penn, South Bend, ICCL, private schools, Edwardsburg, etc...any school that doesn't have their own
    • NIVA South
      • run out of the Plymouth AutoPark Zone for those that find a south location more convenient for practices
    • NIVA East
      • run out of a Warsaw location (TBA) for those that find a eastern location more convenient for practices
• High School Rec
  • 9th-12th grade players
    • high school aged players play in our house league - you are no longer a part of your school's feeder
