FEES

Programming Fees
Includes: buds, sprouts, minis, clinics, camps, beach, train-and-play

All payments due in full at the time of registration.

Team Fees
Includes winter rec, boys travel, girls travel, spring travel and satellite teams
All players have a non-refundable registration fee.  Every player makes a rec team in our house programs so no money is ever lost on registration!
Certain programs do make cuts but we have open programs at MFH where we roster every player for winter rec.  Any money paid for registration would follow the player if they did get cut from their own feeder or travel.

Once teams are formed, players will be invoiced for the season fees.  Fees range in price based on the age group and level team - click below to see the total costs for each team in NIVA.  We offer pay-in-full discounts or payment plan options.

Financial Assistance
We understand the rising costs of youth sports can make it difficult for athletes to participate.  We never want a player to miss out and will help however we can!  Here are some ways that can help with club fees:

  4. Athletes can get donations/scholarships from local businesses, family and friends

payment policies

Lessons

  • The court rental fee is non-refundable
    • Once you book and pay for court time, that amount is paid to MFH and no refunds or credits will be issued if you cancel.

Programs/Training

  • If you cancel before 24 hours, a credit will be issued to your account for the cost of the program
  • If you cancel within 24 hours, no refunds or credits will be issued
    • you can find another player to buy your spot if needed

Team Fees

All payments for team fees are non-refundable.

  • Payment is expected on the agreed dates as laid out on NIVA fees.  Any late payment will result in players being withheld from practices and games
  • If you leave the team or are removed for any reason, all remaining fees are still due.
    • A payment plan is an agreement that you will pay the full amount
  • If a player has a season ending injury, a refund will be issued for pro-rated time
    • mid-season injuries will get no credits/refunds
      • players are expected to be at practices learning until they are cleared to play

Refund Policy

All payments and refunds are done through LeagueApps.  Refunds will be given as credits on your account (as stated in our payment policies).
**If a refund to a card or bank account is requested and deemed permissible, LeagueApps will charge a 2% fee for the transaction.

rec team fees

Rec

Registration Fees: $60

  • The registration fee is a sign-up for every rec player and is non-refundable.
    • Feeder teams and high school rec teams
  • Covers player and gym insurance, coach fees and tryouts (if applicable)
  • Registration fees are in addition to the season fees and do not come off the total

*If your program makes cuts, players can be placed on teams at NIVA Main, NIVA East or NIVA South (whichever location is most convenient) so a refund will not be issued.  If it does not work to play for any of those programs, a credit to your account will be issued for use off future NIVA programs.

Season Fees: $400

  • Season fees are invoiced after players are rostered onto a team.  Fees are all-inclusive: game insurance, court time, coach fees, entry into 6 power league tournaments, uniform tops and spandex, 2 spectator tickets for every tournament.
  • Payment Options
    • Pay in full by December 17, 2025, get $25 off for a total season fee of $375
    • Payment plan will be $200 due December 17, 2025 and $200 due January 17, 2026
