Girls Rec & Boys Rec Fees
Girls Rec and Boys Rec use the same core fee structure.
Rec Team Pricing
Feeder, High School Rec and Boys Rec
Paid when registering. Late registration may be higher when offered.
Pay the season fee in full by the published deadline and save $25.
$200 due in December and $200 due in January.
2026–27 Girls Travel Fees
Girls Travel has a separate tryout registration fee before team placement. Once an athlete accepts a travel offer, the acceptance deposit is applied toward the season fee.
Register during the early registration window.
Applies after the early registration window closes.
Due within 48 hours of accepting an offer and applied toward the season fee.

Customized Team Pricing
Satellite Travel does not have one set season price. Each team package is built individually based on what the coach and roster choose to include.
À La Carte Team Package
Built around each team’s needs
Teams select events from the NIVA master list, including tournament entry and applicable AES/NIVA fees.
MFH practice space can be built into the agreement, or teams may use another available gym.
Equipment can be included in the agreement when a team needs it.
Court Rental Policy
Court Rental Fees Are Non-Refundable
- Once court time is booked and paid for, the court-rental amount is paid to Mishawaka Fieldhouse.
- No refunds or credits will be issued if the renter or lesson participant cancels.
- This court-rental policy applies separately from NIVA's normal 24-hour program/training cancellation policy.
Why This Policy Exists
- Reserved court space is held specifically for that booking and is no longer available for other rentals or programming.
- For lessons, court rental is part of the booked lesson time and is committed when the reservation is made.
Know Before You Register
These policies apply across NIVA programming unless a specific registration states otherwise.
Programs & Training
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before the program, a credit will be issued to your NIVA account.
- If you cancel within 24 hours, no refund or credit is issued.
- If needed, you may find another eligible player to purchase/take your spot.
Team Fees
- All team-fee payments are non-refundable.
- Payments are expected on the agreed dates. Late payments may result in a player being withheld from practices and games.
- If a player leaves the team or is removed for any reason, all remaining fees are still due.
- A payment plan is an agreement to pay the full season amount.
Injuries
- A documented season-ending injury may receive a refund/credit based on prorated remaining time.
- Mid-season injuries that are not season-ending do not receive credits or refunds.
- Players are expected to remain involved with practices and team learning until cleared to return.
Refund Processing
- Payments and account credits are processed through LeagueApps.
- When policy allows a refund, the standard method is an account credit.
- If a permissible refund back to a card or bank account is requested, LeagueApps may charge a 2% transaction fee.
We Want Athletes to Have a Path to Play
Families who need help with club fees can use several NIVA-supported options.
Optional fundraising opportunities can be applied toward eligible player fees.
When available, NIVA work opportunities can help families earn credit toward fees.
NIVA scholarship assistance may be available based on need and available funds.
Athletes may receive donations or sponsorship support from businesses, family and friends.
