PLAYING EXPERIENCE:
Erica has played volleyball since 5th grade.  She played at Memorial High School as an outside hitter and defensive specialist.  In 2003, she helped lead her team to the state finals.

Erica continued her playing career at Trine University where she played as a libero.  She is 1st all time in digs with 1,947 digs, 1st in digs per set and 10th all time in service aces.

COACHING EXPERIENCE:
Erica has coached Shank You and NIVA since 2008.  She has been a head coach for our high school club teams and the moved to travel.  She has coached our elite and national level travel teams from 12-18U.

PERSONAL:
Erica lives in Michigan with her husband, daughter and son.
