PLAYING EXPERIENCE:
Kaitlynn has been playing volleyball since 5th grade and is now a Senior in college!  She started her collegiate career at Amarillo College in Amarillo Texas, then transferred to play at Muskegon Community College in Michigan. Kaitlynn has now finished out her last two years at IUSB here in South Bend. She played as an outside hitter all her life until Sophomore year when she was switched to play middle. Kaitlynn has always loved this sport and the work that goes into it.

COACHING EXPERIENCE:
Kaitlynn started coaching her Sophomore year while at MCC for the volleyball club Inside Out. She then started coaching at NIVA in 2024. She ha coached 14s, 15s, 16s and has worked with all age groups through running clinics and individual practices.

PERSONAL:
Kaitlynn is currently a Senior at Indiana University South Bend where she is studying Psychology with a minor in Sport and Exercise science, with the plans to study Sports Psychology in Grad School. She has always loved the mental side of all athletics and has taken courses for her own personal mental growth, which she can now incorporate to each team as a coach.
