PLAYING EXPERIENCE:
Randa played as a middle hitter at Mishawaka HS during the 90-93 seasons.  Her teams were state finalists all 4 years.  During her time there, Randa was all conference her sophomore, junior and senior seasons, including NIC MVP her junior and senior seasons.  She was also all-state as a sophomore, junior and senior.

Randa also played softball where she was all conference and all state and earned the Golden Glove award for her play at 1st base.

She went on to play at the University of Louisville on a full scholarship as a right side hitter and setter.  While in college, her teams were conference champs 3 or her 4 years there and made a Sweet 16 appearance her junior year.  Randa continued to play USAV volleyball for a few years after college.

COACHING EXPERIENCE:
Randa has over 20 years of coaching.  She has coached local and travel club in all age groups from 12s to 17s.

She was an assistant coach at St Mary’s College for six years and was the head coach for one year.

Randa is the Varsity coach at Mishawaka after coaching their JV team since 2016. She also coached at Mishawaka in 2006 and 2007.

Randa has coached at NIVA since 2018.  She has coached our 13U-18U National level travel teams.

PERSONAL:
Randa lives in Mishawaka with her husband, Kevin, two daughters, Emily and Ellie, and two fur babies, Axl and Stella.  She also works full time for a local material handling company where she has been for the last 21 years.  Randa’s daughters both play volleyball.  Emily played for Mishawaka and NIVA and is now playing in college.  Ellie is currently at Mishawaka and plays for NIVA!
